Square Washer

Square Washers are heavy-duty flat washers characterized by their four-sided geometry, offering significantly larger surface area coverage compared to standard round washers. This design effectively prevents fastener pull-through on softer materials and makes them ideal for spanning slots, channels, and mounting rails (such as Unistrut) where a round washer might slip. Additionally, the square shape prevents rotation when fitted into recessed pockets or square channels. Manufactured to standards like DIN 436 (Flat) and DIN 434/435 (Tapered), our Inconel Square Washers are essential for securing heavy equipment in seismic zones and corrosive marine environments. We produce these from high-grade sheet and plate in Inconel 625, 718, and Monel 400, ensuring they resist pitting and crevice corrosion even when exposed to saltwater or acidic chemical vapors.
