12 Point Bolts, also known as Ferry Cap Screws or Flange 12-Point Screws, are high-performance fasteners distinguished by their dodecagonal (12-sided) head design. This unique geometry allows for significantly higher torque application compared to standard hex bolts while possessing a head diameter comparable to a socket head cap screw, making them ideal for high-stress applications in confined spaces. Manufactured to standards such as IFI 115, SAE J1199, and ASTM A193, they offer superior clamping force.
